Austria - Styria www.kobatl.at Winery description: Kobatl organic farm Vino la [R] evolution We work with 100% fungus-resistant grape varieties. The resilience of this new varieties it is thanks to us that we are extremely close to nature manage our vineyards. This will only be the case in exceptional cases more biological Plant protection operated. We only mow or roll the grass (not mulched) in order to naturally maintain our greenery for many years. Thanks to our minor actions in the vineyards, we are rich in a wonderful variety of species, which lives in symbiosis with the grasses, herbs and vines. Only the unavoidable maintenance measures such as pruning or green work are handled with the utmost care by hand accomplished. After physiological ripening, the harvest is only manual!
This minimal intervention in our nature is continued in the wine cellar. Our wines are naturally fermented spontaneously. Wine beautifying agents are completely dispensed with. Sulfur is used only very minimally and is only used very late (shortly before filling)
